    l-glutamine question

    is it ok to mix your l-glutamine in with your protein i take 15g a day, 5g in morning with my MRP, 5g post workout with pure whey and 5g in the evening with my MRP. My questions is does mixing it with my shakes effect the absorbtion rate. If so whats the best way to take it (powder form).

    ive been doing a bit of research on the hst routine latly it sounds pretty good and am gonna give it a go soon. However there are so many different hst routines out there im a little confused as to which one i should do. Has anyone got a sample of a hst routine that they made good gains from.
