    I though I read when you're lifting to gain muscle, you shouldn't lift for more than 30 minutes.

    Time Released Protein???

    Has anyone used the time released protein out now? Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on it. From what the ad says, whey protein only lasts for about 2 hours before its all used up for energy, whereas the time released stuff lasts for 8 hours. .

    Protein on Off Days?

    I only lift 3 days a week. How much protein should I be intaking on the off days? Should I be intaking just as much, or scale it back? Right now I'm getting close to 100grams on my ON days and probably 70grams on my OFF days. I weigh 170.

    Post-Workout shake -- how long after workout?

    I've been told that drinking a protein shake after you workout is the best time to take it in. Right now, I drive 30 minutes home from the gym before I can drink a shake. Is there a window of optortunity to take it in by?

    After lifting for the past 9 months, I'm wanting to learn more about the best ways to do everything. Best routines, form, diet, etc. Can anyone suggest a good bodybuilding book? I found one by health for life called "Secrets of Advanced Bodybuilders" Anyone know if its any good?
