Make sure and work on the rest of your body too. Don't just do abdominal exercises. And a good diet is extremely important. Let me know if you want some meal samples and such. Have some list of great exercises you can do from home too.

I never thought of it that way. I watch the show all the time and just thought it was cool. It's true though in the state of NY you can't drive and talk on a cell phone. There is a big sign as you enter the state that says just that.
I am a firm believer in one day a week over eating. I would just like to know if anyone else is using this method. I stick to my calories the other six days, just on the seventh I increase it by around 600 calories. It really helps me feel better and I'm still loosing and getting the results...
Your meals look great. I would get one of the calorie counters you can find on the internet. Keep in mind, it is o.k. to over eat one day a week. Hope this helps. Sounds like you'll be at your target weight in no time.
