Alright ill try this again. I do not work for or endorse this company. The only supps i use are whey protein, a multi, and kre-alkalyn. All I want is for my question to be answered.

All muscletech is is a scam. They use their advertising to lure in gullable 15-17 year old newbies. That is how muscletech makes all their money, and in turn, how they manage to stay in business. Any experienced lifter or bodybuilder will realize they are a scam within 5 minutes of reading...

It really depends on the kind you use and its delivery system (aka the amount of sugar thats in the creatine). Obviously the more sugar the more water retention your gonna get. Use a pill form like CEE or kre-alkalyn.

That was pretty much what i had in mind. Thats why i was so interested in the kre-alkalyn. I wanted to know if it really worked or if it was all hype bc i was looking into a number of other different companies that sell creatine in pill form. The CEE seems to be real popular on this site.
