I do this routine once every 3 days!!
squats- 6 sets/ 6-10 reps
leg curls- 5 sets/ 8-12 reps
leg ext- 5 sets/ 8-12 reps
incline leg press- 5 sets/ 6-10 reps
calve raise- 5 sets/ 10-12 reps
the reason why I ask is because i use no-xplode w/ cex pre-wo and if i take any type of food before i work out i dont feel the kick as much from the supplements! when I take the no-xplode w/ cex on an empty stomach i get a massive rush of energy and vascularity! I just dont want to diminish...
this combo works so damn good, I can not believe how hard and vascular this combo is making me......... Just be sure to drink plenty of water with this combo!!!!

I am going to start supplementing extra zinc in my diet and I had a few questions about it....
1- what is the best type of zinc to take? (chelated w/ copper, sulphate, etc......)
2- when is the best time to take and with what foods not to take it with? ie.....empty stomach, Not to take w/...
Well since the new Redline formula sux and doesnt work for me anymore now that its a lot weaker, I need to get back on something stronger......
