What do you guys normally do in your back workout? Right now I'm performing pulldowns, seated cable rows, deadlifts, and pull ups. What about you guys?
Right now I'm weighing 145 lbs and intend to gain more muscle mass. Is this eating ratio okay?
Fat- 20%
Carb- 30%
Protein: 50%
If it's not good, can you give me a better ratio for mass gaining?
