I think this thread is getting too many posts. It is simple men and women. Use straps if you want. It is all going to be about the way you feel with holding the bar. If the bar slips off your hand, then buy gloves, or get straps to help out.

Well, it depends on you I say. If you can wake up, eat something, and fall back to sleep easily, then do it, but if you get restless, then don't do it.
I say who cares what a person can bench, I don't even know what I can throw up one time, I just go by the feel of the weight. He could put that much weight up, but then again he can't. All you can do it tell his ass to prove it lol :)

Training legs more then twice a week is bad. Overtraining in anything is not good at all. I have noticed that when I started to workout my legs twice a week. I put on some muscle.
