if u are at 9.7 then u should be able to see some abs. if not, try adding weight to ur ab routine in order to build up the muscle and that should result in more definition.
dymatize energized xpand has worked teh best for me. no-xplod gave me and my 2 roomates the shits like no other and didnt last half as long. havent tried superpump 250.
creatine does not make u retain water it allows ur muscles to synthesize more atpkinase which builds more atp and gives u energy. this is what makes ur muscles look more full, not water. just fyi.
creatine mono doesnt work for everyone which is a reason to try different types and see what works for u. it doesnt matter what works for anyone else... i used mono for 3 months and then used cee and saw a huge difference with cee (in a good way) so i stick with cee only. see what works for u.
is it critical to do the loading phase when taking cm? i have been taking cm and havent been seeing much of anything and my buddy said its because i skipped the loading phase. what do yall think?
