Was in a chemists and used a machine there that measures body fat percentage. Not only did it tell me I'm 5kg heavier than I thought I was, but it says I have a body fat of 13.5%. How reliable do you think these things are? It doesn't really matter of course as I feel healthy and look healthy...
I don't get it. I'd never do steroids myself, it's just not my style, but why is the law so tough about them? As I understand it, they're not THAT bad for you. I mean doctors proscribe them as medicine. Yeah there can be bad side effects, but the same's true of boxing or smoking or drinking...

There is some evidence that processed protein can cause acne in some people. Try replacing the whey, tuna, and cottage cheese with raw eggs for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference.
