    I only eat complex carbs: oatmeal, whole wheat spaghetti, brown rice, fruits, vegetables. With 3 meals and 1 snack, I could be eating anywhere from 95 - 120 grams of carbs per meal. With those carbs, I usually have 195 grams of protein and some fat. I'm just trying to follow those carb...

    Initially I had measured it wrong. When I did it around the naval, it was 35.75 inches. I wouldn't mind going down in waist size, but I really wanted to keep the size of my chest and arms. Thanks Bieber.

    I just measured. It's actually less 35.75 inches. I don't have a belly sticking out or anything and my chest is the first thing noticed. I don't have the the body fat caliper so I just took a guess on the body fat percentage when I said 15%. I don't know the actual number. I definitely wouldn't...
