    What brought you into the Gym?

    For some years I have mucked about doing weights, wanting to have a beaut pigeon but had no discipline. This was until my mother was diognosed with cancer, which was pivotal in getting me serious in bodybuilding. Now I want to be "Fit for life". My mother is in remission now and doing well...

    Sizes

    Luv my Quads + My tape measure has run away as I think I have overused it. From memory I'm around 5'10", 185 lbs, 41"ch, 34"w,26"quads with 15"c. calves that is. Looking FWG to buying a XX size shirt this year. :D

    eating before workout

    I don't know anyone who can give it their best when eating just B4 a workout, I wait an hour or so. However I definetely hit the supp's and tucker straight after!

    Anythin that soundz like Hard Rock or with a good Pumped Up beat does it for me !

    Light cardio before workout

    5 - 7 minutes of a light warm up will do it for me, though I never lift without this warmup. Think "Fitness for life" has a good idea to lift at least 50% of weight in warmups.:thumb:
