    im looking to get more toned, then focus more on weight gain for right now. I want what every guy wants and thats a 6 pack. I know some basics of what i should eat. 5-6 small meals per day, high fiber vegies, keep the protein coming in so i dont lose muscle mass, drink lots of water, stay away...

    what do u think of my weekly routine

    everybody is saying high volume...can u make some suggestions about what i could do instead??? and machher i split it up like that cause arms and shoulders on the same day, back and legs on another, as for the isometrics i could either do them wednesday or friday.

    Monday: Flat Bench: 4 sets of 5 Incline curls: 2 sets of 20 Military Press: 3 sets of 10 Dips: 2 sets of 20 do the first 10 slow then a little faster on the second 10 Lat Pull Down: 2 sets of 10 2 sets of 10 of another shoulder exercise i dont know what its called but your arms are at your side...
