    Counting Veggies???

    I know we don't count the carbs in veggies but do we count the calories as well? For example I had turkey, flax oil and a pepper for lunch...that is a "no carb" meal but do I include the 30 or so calories in the pepper in my total?:hmmm:

    Sorry Jodi, I didn't see this before. To answer your question: yes, but not consistently. My goal is to use at least 1 TBL of flax oil a day because it helps with depression (and is good for you!) BTW, Did you ask because you think my fat intake was too low? Just curious.
