    Personally I get enough fiber from whole grains. I find at times that it is necessary to look for ways to reduce my fiber intake, or opt to feel very bloated and gassy. Besides, I find the taste of vegetable juice way more palitable than vegetables in bulk.

    sox, I understand from your previous post that your shoulder only becomes a problem during heavy bench. I'm not following you on why you cancell entires days of lifting due to this, what i refer to : Highly over rated movement.

    So when i'm finished with my Mass Fx cycle (6 weeks) would it be OK to go strait into a Havoc cycle with no break in between? No long term binding of SHBG to free test by switchinhg compounds that way, correct?
