O No. is cutting that oriented with diet? sighhhhhhh. although i enjoy working out, i dont think i am so dedicated as to limit myself on enjoying my eating.
i actually dont. maybe i should work on it.. but i thought my hands would eventually get stronger to meet the demand since whenever i workout my hands hurt like hell, hence its getting some kind of workout lol.
when i do bar or bell work outs for hypertrophy or strength gain i tend to get alot of cramping in my hands. Is it because i am maybe holding my weights in a wrong fashion or something? does anyone know what i can do to stop these cramps?
