What type of HIT split do you recomend?:

Push / Lower / Pull (3days/wk)(45min)

Upper / Lower / Upper (3days/wk)(45min)

Full Body/ Full Body/ Full Body (3days/wk)(45min)

Please provide an explanation. Thank you.
 
Push / Pull / Legs 3 / wk. 30 minutes should be good.
 
i heard that HIT is really bad for you. can anyone add on to this subject
