    I dont think it realy matters which body parts you pair up so long as you Do train all your body and get adequate rest. I personaly just do a bit on my Bis after back and tris after Chest becouse it fits around my routine better but nothings set in stone

    What abbout Glute Ham Raises? if not maybe Power Cleans or a deadlift variation like the Sumo Lift. Id change the lat pull downs for overhand pull ups also (if you got somewere to do them)

    GVT/gear

    Hey, i do GVT every now and again to add some variaty and a change of pace becouse i tend to lift heavy a lot. I aint on gear so cannot realy comment on that. But as i understand your only supposed to do 1 set of 10x10 with a compound lift like Squat etc then just do some isolation accessory...
