Yesterdays Workout

Good Morning,

Yesterday I worked out legs. I will detail my workout below. LEt me know what you think. I am 6'2 190lbs.

Please note I have not worked out legs in a while. I am currently moving houses and with the in-laws so I went to a friends house to workout.

Warmup - Squats 95 lbs 12 reps
Squats - 4sets of 8 reps at 145lbs
Body Weight Lunges - 3 sets of 10 each each leg (alternating)
Stiff Leg dead lifts - 4 sets of 10 reps 135lbs
Calf Raises - 3 ways Out, Normal, In 25 Reps each

This workout was outside and it was about 90 degrees and humid.

Tomorrow is chest.

All good exercises realy, just make sure your keeping good form and control

Oh ye and try to do them every week ;)
