    Try it. My trainer gave it to me and it works. Sore every week. -Flat bench heavy press 8 reps. Rest. 8 Reps again the cut it in half for 12 more reps. Rest. Then 20 reps. -Incline bench press. Same routine -Incline flies. Same -Pushups... 4 sets of 20. Add a plate on your back if you can...

    I have always heard there is no over training, just under eating!

    Do a variety of chest routines and always keep it changing. That way your pecs get confused and therefore get bigger. Shape is genetics.

    I wake up and do cardio before breakfast. Lift in the afternoon. That way I have more energy for lifting since I have eaten several times since cardio.

    I hear you can do abs every day, so it should not matter so much. Do them whenever you can just no more than about 15 min.

    I would just get a bench and several increments of dumb bells. You can do lots of things with that.
