I just bought some straps to use them for bend over barbel row, lat pull down, and deadlifts because when I go heavy my grip gives up After few reps but I feel that my back can take way more than that. Do u think it's a bad idea to use straps??!
I never use them but I don't see anything wrong with using them. I just think the idea of the thread is dumb. My post was more directed at that.
