thanks in advance!
i'm due for a basketball competition in 2 months and i'm hoping to put on at least 7 lbs by then...are weight gainers the way to go?...from the labels they look like they're just a lot of carbs and moderate in protein content..
i'm 165 lbs, six meals a day. 180g protein per day,
train heavy...
Gold soldier : i've been doing it for 3.5 months, gained 12 pounds and lost some fat ..although i ain't big yet, i think it's a pretty obvious change..
thanks for the boost people!..am going work harder and make them eat their words! :thumb:
nope the guy's not a workout partner...
the most annoying thing about this stuff is how they seem to take delight in putting down the hard work and sacrifices you put in...like they get off on it or something..stupid fucks.i always find words of encouragement for friends trying to build...
yeh...i can't stand it when people with good genes but don't train for shit start giving me that crap...bastards
anyway i used them for motivation in the gym today and lifted a lot heavier and more intense than i ever had...
just a rant realli...this scenario really ticks me off..
i'm in a locker room, start chatting with a friend.....blah blah blah...then i say i've been working realli hard for while, then the guy looks you up and down and says: "really? i don't see much of a difference man..hahaha..." and turns...
well i guess i'd be a really skinny type if i didn't work out.. so you would go with a moderately high carb diet for bulking?
thanks for the help fade :-)
hi guys, got a problem with my bulking diet, i hope someone can give me a pointer or two...
i'm bulking up now and eating lots of protein, six meals a day a day, very low sugars...the thing is i've been reading in magazines and stuff that a high carb diet is essential for bulking..
However...
thanks for all the replies guys...
seriously are they really that bad?..i just find it a convenient way to get protein instead of having to cook all the time...
