· Close-Grip Bench Press: 3 sets of 4-6 reps
Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension: 2 sets of 8-12...

I use 3 doses of EC and caffeine (25mgec, 200mgcaffeine) for 6 weeks on
then I will go off for 1 week to prevent any possibility of adrenaline fatigue
