    Yah, gotta avoid the dreaded "deca dik"..don't take Deca by iself. The best thing to do is run some Test, Deca, and D-bol together. I'm sure you can get some enanthate or something cheaper than the sust. If you are strapped for cash, go with just the test and d-bol.

    Changing Up Routines

    I change up my routine every 3-4 weeks. The human body is very adaptable, and I wouldn't recommend staying with the same routine longer than the 6 weeks you had mentioned. I constantly change up my rep#s, weights, exercises, rest periods, and throw in some supersets and negatives too.
