    the exercise bike can be nice and easy on the legs, depeding on the setting used. To be honest i absolutely love jumping rope, you get a great sweat and you feel pumped, and mostly you will work forearms and calves. I also get a tight feeling in my biceps(cant explain it) my form is pretty good...
