    inevitably you're gonna feel it in your back. The trick is to keep your back straight and solid from start to finish. When you're coming up do not flex your back. Does that make sense? Don't flex it, ujst keep it solid and sturdy through the entire range of motion.

    The ultimate goal is to get bigger, stronger and/or ripped. The goal for each and rep should be fatigue. TOTAL MUSCULAR FAILURE. I know some techniques call for stopping short of failure.
