    There a mutltitude of reasons that cheat meals are a good idea. For me, I love pizza and do legs on Mondays, so its a win win. I get extra carbs and I get to eat pizza on Sundays.

    Most of those equations are based a untrained person and does not eqaute vigorous actvity. Your nutrion should mirror the type of exercise and goals you have. Remember, as you increase lean muscle mass you burn more claories which translates into bodyfat loss. Don't just count calories.

    Diet pills don't work unless you have the habit of eating clean and traing properly down. Supplements in all forms, are inherently only effective when combined with proper nutrion and exercise.     Since, I am not a doctor I would recommend seeing a physician if the pain persists. Other than that, rest and alternate heat/cold compress for chronic pain. Remember to do some kind of stretching if you are inflexible in that area; which, could lead to injury if you are doing compund movements...
