    I was thinking a periodization like this: Wks1-3:3x3,6,9 RI=Full Recovery Wks4-6:3x8, RI=2 mins Wks7-10:3x5 RI=Full Recovery The changes made look pretty good. I think I will give that a try next week when I start the routine up.
