    No there is no exercise, that will make 900 pounds of fat look good. But there are exercises that will help to shape the body. This happens to be one. Or at least over the last 50 years - it's has been so.

    Yep, helps you get that good V shape. Not trimming as in fat reduction. Maybe call it a toning exercise?. Besides I like my 44 - 34 shoulder to waist balance. Don't want to mess that up. I really do these things as a warmup only.

    45 minutes is optimal, one hour really should be the limit. But since you are only doing legs on this day, I would have to say over training here too. I also don't especially like the 3 on 1 off, start again schedule. Better two days on, one off. Two days on, two days off. Start again.

    Lots of people do them, I don't. If you do them stay light, and don't let the weight go all the way down to the shoulders. It's a good exercise to get hurt on. Primarily works the front Deltoids. secondarily the mid, and rear delts - triceps, and trapezius. :) #PS. Arnold presses better.
