I have been using this program for ~ 5 weeks and it is going very well.
Day 1 - upper horizontal push/pull
Day 2 - legs, quad dominant, ham secondary - bi's
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - upper vertical push/pull
Day 5 - legs, hips/hams dominant, quads secondary - tri's
I do my deadlifts on Day...
