    You don't need squats.

    After 10 years, I'm starting to realize that you can build a great body including legs and overall size/shape without squats. Yes, I squatted for some years, but i havn't for over a year and i've never looked better. Also, I see too many guys squatting big weight who look like crap.

    Well, I don't know what it is with these guys then. It is very annoying to have that going on while your lifting. I have to wait for them to finish their set so I can concentrate and not laugh on my lift. There should be a sign at the gym. SCREAMING & YELLING WHILE LIFTING WILL NOT HELP YOU.

    Training to failure

    After a warm up set, I always train to failure on the remaining sets (usually 3 sets total per lift). Have for years. My philosophy is very scientific. If I can possibly do another rep, then I do it (or fail trying). Period. Is there a problem with this?
