Any one have a microdiscectomy? I need one on my L5 S1 and wondering the recovery time to get back in the gym? Also is it very painful :geewhiz:

I had that happen once doing a test shot in my sholder and was told to move the skin then inject. It works but the sholder always hurts longer than the leg or butt.
