    i have done my research on roids and a dbol only cycle does provide good gains, you will loose a lot of weight but thats because thers alot of water weight that comes with dbol i no people who have put on over half a stone on dbol only

    5 sets for large muscle groups, 4 reps, 4 minutes rest in between sets of large muscle groups, except bis keeping at the same weight and forced reps used when i cant get to four reps by myself which normally happens on the second set anyway...???

    basicly my specific kind of training at the moment has me training up to one hour and a half, is there really any dissavantage in this, i have heard that cortisal levels rise but have also said that its largely a myth and will not effect your training gains if you train up to one and a half...

    bingo with some of those symptons, i have cut out all my friends, i dont go out and socalise, and put everything behind the gym and bodybuilding, it has taken over my life, to be honest cant say im happy all the time :(

    basicly my curent routine has me training 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 30 mins due to the type of program.... i heard somehwere that taking in fast carbs (like dextrose) intra workout blunts cortisal dramatically, is this true? if it is how many grams would be recomended? plan to take it around...

    Need help with a push pull leg routine please!!!

    cant dead at the moment, have had people watch my form even when iv done it right my back still kills, i have either mucle imbalences in my back or im not built to deadlift, so i do not want to hurt my back anymore then i have. isnt deadlifting a big part of 5x5 so wouldnt it be slighly pointless

    thanks, checked it out looks a very interesting routine too try but from my experience so far 4 day splits havent yielded the best results for me, i want to try a 3 day split

    been training for about a year and a half dont dead because of back issues bench 85kg squat 100kg diets very good i feel 19 going on to 20 soon 5 11 12 and half stone around 15% bodyfat

    sory to ask again about your periodlisation. But after your first set of 10 reps what do you do about your other sets, do you pyramid down with reps, if you do how would it look like?
