my biceps is and chest is the ares im trying to work on the most. I need to build up my upper body as im actually pretty skinny and im at the point where i dont like taking my top off. When its sunny i just sweat my ass off instead. lol.
Working on it though ready for my holiday to australia
ouch that sounds very painful, i hope it gets better soon.
I think my father had something similar a few years back, they treated his with some injections and it seems to have sorted itself out.
ok i dont know the exact measurements of what ive eaten today but according to fitday its probably just over 2500 cals. Which i know isnt enough but i have only had 3 meals today where i know i need to be aiming at 5 meals at around 500 - 600 caleries each.
This is where i need your help with...
fitday for what i eat all day or just dinner time at work, because currently when i get home things get lazy and thats what i need to change.
Just about to drive home so will jump on the fitday as soon as i get back :)
well before i used to eat to much crap but my mate got me off that.
Now i will normally have tuna sandwich or tuna and cheese on jacket potato
and a bottle of water or a pint of milk
plus i already hit the spring water dispenser a fair few times a day
excellent, ill definetly use that. Also i work a 9 - 5 in an office so any reccommendations as to what foods are best to eat which can be eaten while at work. So basically the cooked stuff is out of the question
