My gym has 100lb plates, they're just plain annoying to lug around though.
It's ok, when there is just 1 or 2 on the leg press a side, but anymore and it's annyoing shifting them and picking them up to put dem on .....ARGHHHH

DON'T SET LIMITS !!
A famous example would be the 4min mile. Loads of people tried, but never succeded. Then a week or two after than John guy broke it a few people done it as well
Was it a mental thing ? Probably, I mean why could'nt they break 4...
