    Throw away all supplements. Just one or two multivit tabs per day (depending upon your weight and activity level) are good enough. Just train less or rest more. It wont hurt your strength if you rest a day more.

    Workout Routine for an Engineering Student

    Hi, I was an engineering and then MBA student too !! I know it can be very hard to find time. At the least you can do squats, calfs and rows one day. Shoulder press, biceps, triceps, chest another day, just once a week. Keep the intensity high so that it really works you out. Suresh

    I Have A Question

    I would do the back/bicep as usual and on the next day do the missed one. Doing this way may skew your routine a little. However, if the total number of workouts for each split in a period of 4-6 weeks is near to that if you stuck to the routine, that should be good enough.
