My routine is chest/triceps on Mon. legs/shoulders on Wed., back/biceps on Fri. I was able to do my Mon. routine but unable to do legs/shoulders until today Thurs. Should I do my back/bicep routine tomorrow on Fri. to keep consistent or just do them on Sat.???

I would suggest doing back and biceps on Saturday. For 3 day splits, I always suggest trying to separate each session by at least one day. However, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Whichever fits into your schedule better.
 
I would do the back/bicep as usual and on the next day do the missed one. Doing this way may skew your routine a little. However, if the total number of workouts for each split in a period of 4-6 weeks is near to that if you stuck to the routine, that should be good enough.
 
If it's just once in a while, from personal experience, it hasn't bothered me!!!
