coincidentally I just "re-discovered" cottage cheese this morning because my roommate is out of town and he left some cottage cheese in the fridge. I figured it would go bad so I had some.. then some more.. and now it's all gone! Gotta run to the grocery store guys.
I've been drinking a gatorade/protein mix with a ratio of about 4g/1g carbs/protein and it's working very well. Before that I drank water, and I ran out of energy during my final sets. Could be mental, of course... but it works for me!
Thanks for replying everybody - it's cool to hear what people are doing. It makes everyone seem a little more human (just a little).
I'm just going to throw this question out there:
Can anyone give me some advice and tips on where to start researching education/jobs in the nutrition/dietician...
Just wondering what kinds of jobs and careers people here have - does your work schedule revolve around your gym schedule? Or the other way around? I figure most people here are comfortable with computers, so maybe most of us are in the tech industry?
I just got a new job as a software...
Yeah, for some reason the veins on the front of my forearms are very prominent but the rest (back of my forearms, biceps) never show up, even with a good pump. I haven't even considered veins on my shoulders - that'd rock. I'll try some more cardio! <yawn>
I think I know what you mean now. Actually, the authors concluded that sexual orientation has no correlation with dysmorphia. They conceded that more gay guys may be able to step forward and talk about their emotions than straight guys.
Flex - I totally agree with you on that. BBs should...
Hey Vieope, what do you mean? I heard of the book from somebody and realized I could have body dysmorphia (or whatever it's called). A large reason I got into lifting was to be stronger and bigger.
The first one (that was their original publication). I highly recommend it. You won't feel so alone after reading about some of the really big guys who honestly feel they are weak and small. Some really good anecdotes and interviews in here.
I just remembered this site - Overclocked Remix. Remixes of your favorite video game music!
Here's the Punch-Out!! music:
