    Everytime i try to buy some coconut milk, the back lable just scared the **** out of me, TONS OF FAT. but i love coconut milk, i use them in cooking and as an oil replacement. I dont know how healthy is coconut milk. so is it healthy and how about those tons of fat?

    I dont do legs work out, kinda odd but i think all the jogg'n/running i do every weekend is enough(just my opinion). I also practice martial arts, mostly kicks.
