roast up a whole chicken with some oinions and potatoes w/ seasoning. the fat from the chicken will flavor up thw whole dish and its a dish with all your needs high protein, enough fat and plenty of carbs with the potatoes. great cheap bulking meal that makes great leftovers
i actually used to ground my own chicken breasts in a food porcessor and it worked out pretty well, you can even season it while doin it so the flavor is like deep in the chicken. breasts with skin on make the best gand juiceist ground chicken and can be used for chickenloafs and burgers but...
