wtf
What are some foods you guys eat that have alot of calories. Trying to stay around 4,000 per day.

Thanks

Gram for gram, fats have the most calories.

Coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, almonds, walnuts.... Anything high in fat is high in calories.

Are you just trying to bulk up? Or are you trying to lean bulk. Because if you don't give a damn, just go eat McDonalds....

I knew someone was going to say Mc Donalds, but i wasnt expecting u to say it.lol Lean bulk. Im just trying to get different ideas.

Shit food is always there for wasted extra cals. I think you're right tno - it is hard to get a lot of clean calories. Fats are the first place to start w/ easy cals - e.g. 2 tbls of EVOO added to your shakes 3x/day will give you a lot w/o changing much. Dense carbs like barley add up your carb intake. And fattier meats will help as well. (e.g. bison meat that is 20/80, etc.). More cals also gives you more freedom to consume the "higher GI" veggies for greater variety - "colorful fruits & veggies" are usually the ones that you would use during a "detox diet" so adding them to your diet will help support the 'clean out' process of a heavier diet (i.e. shuttling out byproducts of dialy metabolism) as well as adding more calories.

Possibly you could even look at things like a sort of carb rotation where you aren't totally loading during the week but do a mega shitload on day per week where you can throw all sorts of garbage down the pie hole and resulting daily average over that week is still around 4000.

nutella and 100% whole bread! i'm addicted lol

Nutella? I never eat chocolate because i thought is bad for you.It has 21grams of sugar for 2 tablespoons. Thats the point of me doing this thread, to find new ideas

I am taking in at least 4500 cals everyday. Closer to 5000 really. Just eat as often as possible and big quantities. Personally Im trying to get as big as possible so I am not afraid of getting a bit fat. I eat MOSTLY healthy foods, but ill eat fast food every now and then too. I also drink a 1000 cal shake immediately before bed. That helps a lot as it is tough for me to gain weight. im about 6'2 230 now 15% bf

turkey chili by either hormel or wolf brand. You could also throw black beans in there and wash it down with some milk. You could probably get that meal up to 800 cals, if you try hard enough lol.

I personally added EVOO to all my shakes and shit to get a good amount of extra cals when I was on cycle and it worked tremendously.

Everytime i make scrambled eggs, I use evoo instead of butter. the same when i make chicken breast I use evoo. Im always drinking fat free milk, i should change that to regular milk.

If you want the most calories dense foods that you can consume throughout the day I would go you things like peanut butter, almond, cashews, or any type of nuts. Go with things that have alot of healthy fats in them.

Also, most of these food are tasty so thats a bonus.

Just do NOT use EVOO when cooking up some Tilapia because that tastes like SHIIIIIIIT. Those two foods just do not mix.

roast up a whole chicken with some oinions and potatoes w/ seasoning. the fat from the chicken will flavor up thw whole dish and its a dish with all your needs high protein, enough fat and plenty of carbs with the potatoes. great cheap bulking meal that makes great leftovers
