    Bench Press, 4 to 1 reps

    I hear that doing low reps like what you are suggesting do help get your strength up, and maybe up it to 2 or 3 sets of 1 or 2 reps.

    I would go with sit ups on the roman chair and then hanging leg raises, keeping it basic and simple.

    I am not sure, but I have read in the past that it isn't good to take glutamine and creatine at the same time, because they will fight to get absorbed into your muscles, I don't know much scientific evidence on it, but it's what I have read.

    Training Frequency

    I think that training each bodypart once a week is a pretty solid routine to follow. I also train one muscle a week, usually on the weekdays, but i may occasionally blast a muscle twice a week.
