    I can honestly not say that I have a clue about the Chicken Legs, you could definitely be right, i have no idea, what i was refuting was DannyT's comment about how 3 chicken breats together only add up to 32 grms of Protein. Anyone know for sure?

    Alternative to weighted dips??

    Hammer stregnth makes a seated dip machine, but it dosent compare to the real thing. I would take the plates on and off between sets, pull a moveable bench up to the dip bars, and lay the plates on top of it for easier loading and unloading.

    I don't know guys, I have read that it can take up to 2 weeks to fully recover from an intense workout. Now most of the time you would give it about a week for recovery, but that still means that the muscles are still healing, as well as your Central nervous system. I don't think I would do...

    i think the problem here is that when you first read the thread (I did this too) We all just assumed that you were being trained by a this guys, and that you picked him becasue of how he looked.     You can also do over head squats, you have to drop the weight a ton, but I am sure that your body will be very happy about he change.

    Dude I would say you could eat peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, my nutz, reallly high in calories, High in fat, helps out your protein intake, and easy to take places...I guess what I am saying is that I am into nuts....hahahah Just kidding...damn, a post like this could ruin a guys rep....
