Its been 4 months since ive trained hard. I jumped back into my routine tuesday and was reaching failure in half the sets. I normally dont get wear down so fast. Ive been incredibly sore since and can barely lift my arms. Wondering if anyone had any ideas to break the pain.
I havent payed much attention to cardio over the summer and with work picking up ive gained a few pounds, err 7. I really want to cut this off as fast as possible. I never gained weight here in the past just looking for some exercises that target this area directly.

Hey guys its been quite sometime. About two years ago there was a link or sticky maybe with a large list of mostly upper body exercises. It was an actual guy doing to the routine but finished in a photoshop crayon like look. Could anyone point me in the direction of that link?
