    um, i'd reccommend you try a few milder supplements b4 you even touch clen. ecy has given me the shakes more than clen ever has. after u can handle a simple ec or ecy combo, i'd start researching clen.

    throw in some yohimbine hcl instead of the aspirin if u really wanna kick your own ass. be careful, though, yohimbine is a strong cns stimulant as well. make sure to stop it if is too much for your heart.

    i suggest researching both pre and post workout nutrition. imo, proper nutrition at these key times will be more effective than any supplement u can take.

    agreed, supplements are helpful but they are useless w/o a solid nutrion and training program. remember, nutritional supplements are not end-all,"magic pills" they are simply aids to help you acheive your goals.

    does creatine ethyl ester need to be taken daily to reach muscle saturation (as with regular creatine) or can i just take it pre-w/o to reap its benefits?

    the ab wheel is a nice tool for working your "core" muscles. when rolling out on your knees becomes too easy, try rolling yourself out on your feet. you'll feel the pain. :hot:

    ...hot rox is overpriced, overhyped garbage imo. anyways, i'd recommend something like neurostim+c or no-xplode pre-w/o rather than a "fat-burner."

    sounds like hypoglycemia to me. remember, this stack reduces your body's desire to eat but that doesn't mean you can still go long periods of time w/o eating. force yourself to consume more food (preferably b4 u take your 3rd dosage) and you'l probably feel better.

    ... e with the ingredients in tight? and this is your first stack? have fun with sweating like a horse along w/the shakes (unless your already have an excessively high tolerance for cns stims). don't worry tho, the shakes will go away in a few days (if u r lucky). also, can't hate on u tho...

    as always, b4 u try t3, hit up some tiratircol. its a lot milder and a god stepping-stone into the real stuff. i did a 5 week cycle with clen, ketotifen (to help w/the downregulation of the beta-3 receptors), avant labs heat, and some tri-max. it helped me lose 25 lbs. the last day i took it...

    i have a good rope, it makes it easier. plus, i have been jumping rope for awhile while the time i have clocked in running is significantly less.

    jumping rope is my favorite cardio exercise (probably because i am too large to run w/o getting tired). it supposedly burns more cals then run: 10 min of rope = 30 min of running. nothing beats 5, 3 min. rounds...i'm having trouble keeping weight on.

    that stack looks ok... i think you should run the androgen and the trimax simultaniously (stopping after 4-5 weeks) and following up with a solid pct for both your thyroid and your endocrine system. Make sure to taper the trimax up and down (1 week of 2mg ed offsetting your time at 4mg ed)...
