    NordicNcho: Imeating "coley". Its frozen fish from the supermarket (sainsburys) each steak weighs 100g and has 15.6g of protein in and it says on the packet that it was caught in the North East Atlantic Ocean.....if that tells you anything about the mercury content? I have read afew articles...
