    I dont know what in the hell is going on, but when i am doing BB curls the bottoms of my forearms hurt like hell. it is not like the muscle but it feels like the bone is going to snap in half or something. Oh and after I am done my set and I put the bar back down... that is when the real pain...

    And Brad, I do traps behind the back about every three back workouts. IMO i think they work great and I have not had any shoulder problems as of yet (knock on wood!) and I beleive that it is just like hitting the trap from another angle. Just like changing your grip on other workouts. I hope...

    Up and down is definiteyl the only way to go. Just like everyone else said, if you are rolling the shoulder you are just asking for an injury.

    Hey GP by the way just as a check in, I have set new PB for both of my squat, and Bench weights. I even did 365 on the bar for 4 on my past chest workout. This workout has really helped my progess, thanks again bro.

    I know I will probably be cruified for mentioning the name, but GNC has a protable blender for sale for like 10 dollars that doubles as a shaker/blender. BNot sure how it works becasue I dont actually have one, but my friend likes his. I just stick to the traditional shakers and just swallow...
