No workout today, just couldn't fit it in anywhere, try as I might. :mad:
Diet still good.
1. Weetabix, whey.
2. Pineapple, ff natural yogurt, almonds.
3. Shrimp, salad.
4. V.low fat cheese and pickle sandwich (got caught on the hop again dammit).
5. chicken breast, 1/2 red grapefruit...
