What do you think of the routine, Cow? I remember you helped me with my older routine I had, and it was great.

You could safely use Sesamin. That would probably help you a bit, although if you're a minor, you wouldn't really need a fat loss supplement. Your metabolism should still be racing. Just eat well, you should be fine.
Anyone got any ideas on what I should add/take away from this routine? Any suggestions?
I'm coming towards the end of my cutting phase, so I'm going to try and put on more mass.

Deadlifts - 3 x 10...
I seriously disagree. I was on a weight loss plateau for about 4-5 weeks, then when I started taking a fat burner, my fat loss was back into full swing.
