    if you can do 60 lbs with a 4 second positive and an 8 second negative without pushing your hips forward for five reps, then you should increase the weight. if your just humping the bar up, you should increase your form. i see some guys your age at the gym trying to curl about that weight...

    ya.. but the thing is, you just do this one set. youll do a couple warm up sets... and then you just do one set of twently like this. by the timie im done, theres physically no way i could even do anymore.

    i prefer to lift on an empty somach.. that way if i puke or something i didnt waste all that food. my pre workout meal is about 2 hours before my workout. then i eat everything and anything directly after a workout.

    are you suppersetting opposing muscles or something? otherwise it seems like it would take a lot of work to train my chest and back in the same day and do arms on a diff day. but if your supersetting that stuff, it would probably be a great workout. looks alright to me.
