And one more thing, do all kinds of variations in terms of reps..
Cos different people react differently, apparently my muscle react really well to low reps for bulking (10,6,4,4)...

hmmm... i never really train my forearms cos when im doing like shrugs, chin ups and etc, it hits the forearms as well...

Ive been trying to do deadlift and squats but theres only 2 bars that we can use to do those exercises. And since spring break is around the corner, the gym has been full all the way from january.. That really suck.. :teeth:

Tricep Extension: 90lb * 4 reps

can you take 6oxo while u are taking 1-ad?? or u should take it after ur done with 1-ad??? does it have different effects if i take em together or not???
Your question have got to be clearer than this.. what are you eating? You can gain lot of weight if you eat stuff like Mac D, Jack in the box and stuff like that but what you gain will mostly be fat..
I know you breath out but surely theres a time where you hold ur breath to push the weights right? After you get the weights going then ppl start to breath out. Isnt it?

Hold ur breath? How can you lift heavy when you dont hold your breath? I read on an article which says that holding breath can actually help you to get stronger. When i say holding the breath, doesnt mean all the time, just the time when you are busting your a** to push the weight.
