    Tricep & bicep --> major muscle? And one more thing, do all kinds of variations in terms of reps.. Cos different people react differently, apparently my muscle react really well to low reps for bulking (10,6,4,4)...

    just try not to spent more than 1 hour in the gym.. major muscle : 16 sets minor muscle : 12 sets and always listen to your body. If it says stop, it means STOP..

    Your question have got to be clearer than this.. what are you eating? You can gain lot of weight if you eat stuff like Mac D, Jack in the box and stuff like that but what you gain will mostly be fat..

    Hold ur breath? How can you lift heavy when you dont hold your breath? I read on an article which says that holding breath can actually help you to get stronger. When i say holding the breath, doesnt mean all the time, just the time when you are busting your a** to push the weight.
